Sometimes when you order multiple items, the items may come from different fulfillment centers. Many manufacturers only print specific items, so we work with several to cover a large range of quality items for our designs.
If you received a package and not all of your items were in there, then rest assured that the other items will be arriving shortly in a separate package.
We will refund any item for defectiveness or poor quality within the first 30 days of receiving that item. Please note that apparel items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED to return. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing if the item showed up that way or not. If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the error.
You can send the item back to us, and after inspection we'll send your new item out to you right away. You will be refunded the return shipping charge after we verify the product actually has been damaged or is defective.

Yes, you can cancel your order by notifying us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your item goes into production. To be safe, this should be within the first 12 hours. Once your order is shipped, the sale is final. We won't return items for changing your mind too late.

We NEVER store your credit card information on file, and we only use your credit card for the 1x transaction that you authorize. We do not retain your credit card information after the transaction is completed.

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Zen Apparel Referral Program, which we’ll call Program here for short. The Program is run by us - Zen Apparel.
The Participants referred to below are you (a Qualified User), and the person you’ve referred (a Referred User). To be eligible for a reward, you, as participants must agree to be bound by the rules described below.
To be an eligible participant in the Referral Program, you must meet either of the following conditions:
You’re a Qualified User and the referral you made is deemed an Eligible Referral by Zen Apparel
You’re a Referred User and your Referred Account is deemed an Eligible Referral by Zen Apparel
You, the Participant, must claim the Reward within 3 months of the time at which the Eligible Referral first converted to a paid customer; if you do not claim the Reward within this 3-month period, you will not receive a Reward for the Eligible Referral.
If you engage in fraudulent activity such as trying to refer yourself using secondary email address or account and trying to redeem the refferal and/or referrer discount, you will be immediately banned from referral account and from creating an account on Zen Apparel.
